even though she's not my favorite character on
gossip girl, i love her style to death. between
the plaid shirts, leather jackets, layered necklaces
she knows how to work the grunge look and throw
in a pair of chunky heels and the whole look is perfect.
it's crazy to see her go from cindy lou who to this.
