so today my mom came to visit, she took me to the cheesecake factory (for my first time, always wanted to go) and sadly, i didn't get any cheesecake (which was the whole purpose i wanted to go, it's my fave dessert) because i got a friggen' sandwich and it was so huge i could only eat half of it. yeah! i was pissed! my appetite has been extremely small lately. anyway.. moving on, i found a ton of earrings i want from bebe and this dress from betsey johnson- adorable. we went to express and she made me pick out clothes for her trip to cali and work and picked out some really cute stuff, she got a maxi dress! i was so excited i talked her into it. i wish she would just be happy for me and accept where i want to go to school. sorry mom, i'm not some university gal awaiting to be a sorority sister. i have friends in sororities, i have many friends in colleges.. but thats not for me and for the most part it wasn't you either. i'm ready to start what i am doing and not go through all the BS. they just don't get it. i know where i'm going and i don't care the price, i will pay for every dime. even if i'm in debt til i'm eighty.

this weekend was really great.

i'm starting to realize things i should have realized a long time ago. now i'm stuck in a rut i can't possibly get out of. well whatever it is i'm bummed about, i'll get by.

i can't believe tomorrow is already friday, well technically it is now but that doesn't count. this week has flown by! today was wonderful.. to sum it up: learned how to wash clothes the right way, bought some of chase's bday gift, cooked a little dinner, opry mills with the boy, got some of hillary's bday gift, coffee and cheesecake from starbucks, cosby show season one.

but right now i'm shopping for the perfect dress.
then to find recipes for sunday.
there is finally a chance of snow tonight... thats one thing about cookeville i DO miss. it snows more there :(

my night was lovely. i was let down a little by a phone call i received but i'll deal... hopefully everything is going to work out the way i imagine. if not, life has its ups and downs. ugh. anyway, the apartment complex i live in has a big gym and its free (most places do) but i am going to take advantage of it and get my lazy ass out of bed. may will be here before i know it and i'm not going to jamaica without looking good.

tonight is my own little girly night alone which i looove having every now and then. i have 3 new magazines to read, rented 2 movies, and gossip girl comes on tonight. whoo i'm an addict! chase is going to a four hour driving school class for getting a speeding ticket, his first one at that. last night was incredibly fun. we ordered papa john's right before it closed & watched 1408, it was even creepier than the first time. i can't help it, pretty much any scary movie freaks me out. guess what? robert pattinson is here, in nashville right now. yeah.. it's kind of a big deal, except i have no idea where he's exactly at. he's probably hiding somewhere from obsessed twilight freaks like myself ahahah. i'm not having any luck in finding a job. i still need to turn a couple in though. this week is going to be exciting! pretty big plans almost every day.

things to think about: what am i going to get for chase and hillary's birthday? i need to figure out some baking ideas as well.

the weekend has been fab so far. last night, me & the boy went downtown but ended back here and ordered takeout chinese then went back to town and ended up in mt juliet. went to dunkin' donuts for coffee right before it closed. it was AWFUL, we ended up getting coffee at a gas station considering we lost five friggen dollars. came back to the apt and chilled, didn't fall asleep until 4am. went to cookeville today to see the fam and picked out some pretty furniture. it's being delivered tuesday! i can't believe the titans lost. usually i don't care about football but i mean, i was actually beginning to get excited. white castle has the best sweet tea, hands down fyi. ohhhh and another thing- i hate driving on the interstate while it's raining. if i almost killed you today, i'm sorry.

tonight was a good bit of fun. i must admit, i looove living in nashville. we met chase's parents at this really good mexican restaurant. later on, chase took me to forever 21 and i maybe had to get a few things. way cute heels, a plaid button up, & a long white flowy tank. afterwards- we went to see a late movie. afterwards- went to walmart & bought some new mascara and a pilates workout video.

i gotta get in shape for jamaica. quick quick quick.
oh yeah and tonight i decided i want to learn to speak french fluently. let's see if that ever happens. HA. (...it could)
